The Mindfulness two-day Weekend Course is an intensive experience leading you effectively into the mindfulness meditation practice. You will get the tools to practice independently and will experience how mindfulness helps you in your daily life.
The MBSR program (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) brings a form of meditation known as ”mindfulness” into the medical mainstream. Countless scientific studies have proven the effectiveness of the method. At the core of all mindfulness practices is the intention to pay attention to each and every moment of our life, non-judgmentally. While there are many possible definitions of mindfulness, the key aspects of any definition include purposeful action, focused attention, grounded in the current experience and held with a sense of curiosity.
In the MBSR program (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) the participant will learn to access and cultivate ones natural capacity to actively engage in caring for oneself and find greater balance, ease, and peace of mind. When being mindful, a person will have a greater focus and consciousness in the present. The course will help the participant to take better care of oneself through the interplay of mind and body – and mobilizing one’s own inner resources for coping, growing and healing.
